My wife (Toyota, 2016) and myself (Volvo, 2003) have been taking our cars to Mark's for the many years since we had the good fortune to stumble on his ad. I plan to drive my Volvo for as long (300,000 miles?) as I can so long as I can take it to Mark. He's as honest as the day is long ( a trait not always abundant in his profession), and personally concerned to the smallest detail. He'a the only service pro- fessional I would unconditionally recommend to my friends. He looks for ways NOT to charge you! John Reynolds

Only been to Mark's once, a year ago but they made me feel like I've been a long term customer. While they recommended several items that should be repaired, there was no pressure to get it done immediately. Mark let me know what needed to be done immediately from a safety perspective. I totally appreciated that and this is why I plan to go back to them to get my car serviced. By the way, Colleen provides the best customer service and is also knowledgeable about the repairs.
