My first time...LOVE Mark! He kept me updated, minute by minute, on my service repairs. He was straight and honest, and I didn't feel like I was being taking advantage of by a dealership. I was treated well, full of hospitality, and was even offered a ride "to the mall" or "out to breakfast".... very kind indeed!!

Very thorough including pictures and a thorough explanation of all issues with my car for repair. This shop really knows volvos, and woild highly recommend Marks.

My Volvo was vibrating when I applied the brakes. I suspected it was the brake rotor. I took the car in and Nelson diagnosed a faulty spark plug wire. The part was ordered and the car repaired. It runs fine now. Very happy with the service.

I have two Volvos and always come here to have my car serviced. Mark and his team always accurately diagnose what is going on with my cars and if repairs take overnight or hours, one of the staff will drive me home and back to pick up the car. I can never imagine going anywhere else.

These guys are great! Amazing service! I took my Volvo XC70 in about a week ago because the front end was feeling lose and was shaking the car. It was my first time at there shop and im always a little sceptical about using a new mechanic. I was really on a budget but ended up needing a expensive amount of work done. They treated me super well and did everything they could and more to keep the price as low as possible.
