I had my Lexus in for service and they treated me great and did a great job of diagnosing and repair for my older LX470.

Every person I interacted with was engaging, friendly and helpful. They evaluated my vehicle at no cost to make sure I needed the service I was requesting. Once that was done, the technician Nelson went over every detail with me. Mark walked me through the priorities of what needed to be completed and from start to finish, Rick at the front desk was patient, thorough and called me back as promised with more information. After all of their help, no one pressured me to book an appointment. This is a first rate facility. Would recommend to anyone.
