STELLAR customer service! Mark is an absolute breath of fresh air to his customers. They make you feel like you matter, your business matters and they are honest. When I dropped off my car, I decided not to go home but to walk around with my dog. When Mark realized I was waiting they began work right away and finished an hour before they initially told me... One more thing Coleen is delightful, she is so dedicated to her work & the way she represents the business that I actually thought she was related to Mark... THANK YOU! I am NEVER going back to Hamer Toyota, where I've gone since 2007 & lied to since then

The good folks at Mark's did it again. Just when I thought they had achieved the utmost excellence in service, they beat their own record with me. My Volvo died, suddenly, on a Saturday. I took the long shot of calling Mark's number and he answered, and said I could bring the car over, that he was in the shop doing some projects, and would be there for a while. AAA took my car there, off-loaded it, and Mark saw to it that it was inside and secure. That's service worthy of 5 stars already. There is, however, more. Monday morning, Colleen, the Service Manager called, telling me my car was ready to be picked up, and that the problem had been a rare battery defect. Since the battery was quite new, still under warranty, there would be no charge. I could have been charged for a new alternator, a new voltage regulator, a bunch of troubleshooting, and probably more. These honest folk didn't do any of that. The car was repaired honestly and efficiently, without any ado or problem. The people at Mark's Independent Service are the best option for Volvo care, in my book. That's why I would gladly give them 6 stars or more out of 5.

Wow once again amazing service, not only they gave me an appointment fast, after more than 6 months they remember me.. my name, car, what do I do for work everything that it was mention in small chat while they do my first car assessment, they reallu make you feel among friends... if this is not quality service then I don't know what it is. I said once and I say it again... this is the place to go for all my car services. 1st review. This was my first time with them and I wanna say, they are amazing... I called yesterday to make an appointment and they open a spot for me in their busy schedule, Mark gave me an amazing price also. Today when I arrived Colleen was super nice to me and explain everything that was gonna be done to the car, and gave me an extra discount!! During the day I was getting text updates with what they found in my car, and when I pick it up, Colleen and Mark break down the fixing that my car needed from more to least urgent... For someone like me that knows almost nothing about cars besides driving it and put gas on it... their customer service was what I needed.

Coleen detailed auto service, how they handle operations during the pandemic and communicated with pictures and description what the mechanics found during the service. The shop was well staffed and clean. I would highly recommend Mark's Independent Service.
