I went here to have my brake pads inspected and thankfully I didn’t have to replace them. The staff greeted me and were very kind. I may consider bringing my car here for regular maintenance. Thank you Mark’a Independent Service.

My overall experience was good. Making the appointment was easy and Colleen was able to get me the day and time requested. Upon arriving Colleen was very tentative and took all sanitization measures when entering and exiting the vehicle. The service I received was an oil change and tire rotation. This was the first service with tire rotation I have received for my 2021 Volvo V60 Polestar. For those of you familiar with the Polestar model, this is Volvo’s higher end performance vehicle. That said, the wheels are very nice and were scratched during the rotation and lug removal/install. Aside from the carelessness when rotating the tires, the service and helpfulness was good. I would have given 5 stars but due to scratch I am giving 3 stars.
