Mark’s Volvo service, knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. We have trusted them to take care of our Volvo for over 5 years and now our son takes his Volvo to them. Having done most of the maintenance / repair work on my 100 Series Land Cruiser, I was hesitant to take it to just anyone. But faced with an issue I could not repair on my own, the time had come to call in the professionals. After searching around online for a long time, I found Colleen at Mark's and after speaking with her, I immediately began to feel as though my truck was going to be in great hands. And it was. Not only did she assure me of the work being done, but she called with updates along the way - something which I appreciate perhaps more than the repair itself. I wound not hesitate to recommend Colleen and her crew for their professionalism, honesty, and sense of humor, and overall knowledge. Five stars. Highly recommended.

Colleen is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Mark's Independent Service is now my favorite car repair service! I have a Volvo, and they can be expensive to keep maintained, so I am very happy to have found Mark's Independent Service, as they seem to both know what they are doing, and be concerned about not overcharging or up-selling me. My car has been using extra oil, and the dealership said I would have to replace the engine. Mark's has an oil treatment they have developed that may correct the problem so that I may not have to replace the engine, which is definitely better for me. They were honest that it is possible that the treatment may not help, but I very much appreciate that they have it, and are willing to try a more economical solution first.
