I wouldn't take my Volvo anywhere but to Mark. If he tells me something needs to be fixed, I know he's not trying to upsell me. Yes, he's that honest. As long as Mark's Volvo is in business, they have a customer in me!

Mark knows Volvo's, old or new he is skilled technician who gets the repair done.

Mark's bumper-to-bumper inspection of my 2005 Volvo S60 was comprehensive and thorough. The inspection report included photos of each problem so I had confidence that all of the recommended repairs were indeed factual. Mark finished the agreed upon work ahead of schedule and then he polished the foggy plastic headlamp lenses at no charge. My car was washed and clean when I arrived to drive it home. Mark and his entire team were knowledgeable, fixed years of neglect in a few hours, and my car with nearly 180,000 miles drives like new again.
