Came in for a CEL estimate. Mark confirmed very quickly on what was the cause. Was given variable options on how to correct the issue. Was not pressured to any specific option and was given the pros and cons of each choice. Colleen provided a complete estimate and while speaking with her as to the details of the estimate, Mark inquired if I wanted him to go over the car to ensure that there was no other potential issues that would need attention either immediately or in the future, again no pressure. Put the car up on the rack and after looking over the car, found two minor issues (fixed one minor issue at no charge) and one that just would require watching but was not a safety or reliability issue if nothing was done right now. Did I mention that Mark's Independent Service has a Customer Rewards Program. We are planning to make Mark's Independent Service our preferred shop for our car maintenance/repairs.
