Mark's Independent Service does a great job of servicing our 3 Volvos!! Customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I decided to give Mark's a try after getting their flyer in the mail. I have a Camry Hybrid and was someone reluctant to go to someone outside a dealership. The dealer does a good job, but it feels like they are always looking for ways to upsell me on services I don't need. Anyhow, I went in and found that not only they had fair prices; their service is impeccable. They even washed my car, which is something the dealer stopped doing years ago. I would recommend Mark's to anyone and will be going there now on. One last thing... Mark is one of the guys working on your car too and is very friendly and super knowledgeable about the cars. When I go to the dealer the service advisors are just reading off a print out and when I ask them questions they can never really answer them.
