Clean , friendly service. I think they could have been a little more transparent on costs and options. I had to dig deep to ascertain what was absolutely necessary and if there were less expensive options for the parts needed. Also, the ad says they use Uber, what it DOESN'T say is that they cap it at $15. False advertising. I DO trust these people and will certainly use them again. Thank you Mark, Coleen and Jorge(?)

While unfortunately the repairs on your vehicle did not give us a lot of room to work on cost seeing as we only install quality parts but we did give you a list of priorities and also went over each item with you on your car. We also apologize for the misunderstanding on Uber but it is clearly stated on our website what amount we cover and you were notified before the trip was confirmed. We look forward to your next visit and will strive to correct these misunderstandings.

They went out of their way to fix the car. Answered additional questions, were professional, and are fairly entertaining to interact with. For any major problems that arise I will take my vehicle to them.

First visit with Volvo C70, low miles, owned 10 years since new. Changed timing belt and tensioners and drive belts because of age. Oil change and full vehicle inspection. Lubricated roof mechanism and bushings - stopped the roof rattles! Great service - kept appraised of progress, and needs all at a reasonable price. Car completed on time and washed.

Hands down the best Volvo technicians, make that automotive techs of any make or model I have ever worked with. Knowledgeable down to earth personnel, organized clean shop all at a fair price. My Volvo has a new home. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Mark and Colleen thanks for all your help.
