The service at Mark's is top-notch. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest, which is very hard to find these days. Although I have not had my car repaired at Mark's yet, I was very impressed by the initial report produced if all apparent issues. The report is digitally emailed and printed for your records so you know what exactly is going on with the vehicle. Mark is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond my expectations in testing. His methods are more robust than the dealer and less expensive.
