I brought my C70 back to Mark's Independent Volvo for an oil change and to have my squeaky brakes checked. It turned out I needed brakes and rotors in the back, and I also had a cracked axle...what a bummer! The guys came through again. All the work was done, and I am happy to say my baby was well taken care of. Ruben, Leon and Abraham rock. Mark's is my go to for Volvo service. I observed their interactions with other customers as well as each other. They are professional and collegial, it's obvious that they are a team with Ruben at point. They get the job done while demonstrating kindness. I actually enjoy going there....yes, I enjoy going to this auto repair shop!
