WHERE TO BEGIN..WELL I WASTED A LOT OF TIME& MONEY @ THE DEALERSHIP (GALPIN VOLVO) WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE MY BIGGEST MISTAKE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE MY CAR, THEN I FOUND MARK AND HIS WONDERFUL AND EXPERT CREW. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR VERY THOROUGHLY, AND GAVE ME OPTIONS ON REPAIRS. I LOVE MY CAR AND DECIDED TO FIX IT ALL WITH THEM. THE PRICES ARE FAIR AND A LOT CHEAPER THAN THE DEALERSHIP. THEY HAD MY CAR READY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND ALSO FIXED AN ON GOING PROBLEM WITH MY FRONT PASSENGER HEADLIGHT (WHICH I DIDN'T EVEN MENTION TO THEM). THE SERVICE YOU GET HERE IS SECOND TO NOBODY!!! I CAN HONESTLY SAY I'M A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!! THANKS SOO MUCH TO MARK AND ALL THE STAFF. IF YOU HAVE A VOLVO TAKE IT TO MARK AND HIS STAFF AND YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Took my Volvo V40 for regular servicing. This time it wasn't one big thing but a number of little things, which I am grateful that these little things were discovered in time. Otherwise, they would have turned into big things. Service was quick, but I don't really notice the time as I enjoy a cup of coffee while reading a nonfiction book or solving a crossword puzzle.

There are many reason why I would definitely take my Volvos to Mark. Some of the reasons are as follows: 1.- Honesty and ethics in the manner Mark conducts business 2.- Professional advise (i.e. choices offered to the customer) 3.- Suggestions, based on priorities, cost, age of the vehicle, etc. 4.- Constant communication with customers in terms of what is going on with the repairs and status of repair completion 5.- Courtesy (from all personnel, starting with Mark (of course), the lady receptionist that handled all transactions, choices, etc. and the technicians. 6.- Timely repairs (based on parts availability, and mechanic dedication to my car) 7.- Pleasant attitude (which, in my book, attitude rates very high)
