Great work, again! During a routine oil change, they caught an oil pan leak before I was stranded. Always thoughtful, thorough and pleasant to work with.

Mark did a great job for us when the "check enging" light came on. He looked and said that is wasn't an emergency and I could continue driving. When I took the car in the next day he did a careful exam and found it was just a small hose and the gas cap did not seal properly. After replacement everthing worked great.

We rely on Mark's for our Volvo service. We haven't even considered taking our Volvo somewhere else in 3 years.

I've know Mark for probably 30 years and have had 3 Volvos he has kept in good condition. 2010 XC60 just ran out of wattenty so I'm back to Mark, glad he's still there to take care of my latest Volvo.

The first thing I noticed about Mark's garage was how immaculate it was. The second was how candid and courteous Mark was. And the third was how plugged in the mechanics seemed to be who work there, engaged and interested in what they were doing. The price of the repair looked fair to me. They dropped me off at a neighborhood Starbuck's and picked me up a couple hours later, and also invited me to use their lounge with wifi if I wanted. I will trust this garage to take care of my car in the future.

I brought my poor sick beloved 2003 Volvo s60 for an inspection following a collision and found out that the body/cosmetic issues were the least of my problems...even though my brain had to override my heart and I finally decided not to use the insurance money to fix a salvaged vehicle, I am so grateful to have had such a detailed inspection, so patiently and well-explained. I need to find another Volvo and will definitely take it to Mark's for a pre-purchase inspection; can't rate their service high enough. They are smart nice fair and very understanding!
