As is very normal, the service at Mark's Independent Volvo was excellent. I brought my vehicle in for a headlamp repair and was able to wait a few short minutes while they performed the work. The cost of the repair was more than reasonable. Needless to say I drove away with a big smile on my face!

Straight talk and direct communication with the "hands-on" service manager rather than second-hand from a dealer's drive-through-both service-sales associate is refreshing and reassuring. Great guy- honest- trustworthy- and the last of the neigborhood mechanics. He checks the cars as if his family is driving them, explains everything that needs to be done. Never any pressure and always tries to keep the cost down. There is no better Volvo mechanic in the valley like Mark's. He's the last of a rare breed.
