First time at Mark's Volvo service... the man knows his Volvo's. Highly recommend once vehicle is out of service warranty at dealership. If you want you vehicle kept up correctly, with someone who specializes in Volvo Mark is the place to go in the San Fernando Valley.
Mark and his guys took care of all of the maintenance and repairs that we have been putting off. As always, they were professional, efficient - and friendly.

I couldn't put my Volvo V70 in reverse or park. My car was towed to Mark's and they figured out the cause. Unfortunately the volvo network was down. Mark called Monday afternoon to let me know status. The car could be ready Tues or more likely Weds. The car was ready for pickup on Weds. I wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere else. They are reliable and honest.

I have been a customer of Mark's for several years. His work is exceptional and the customer service is above average. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
How do I repair thee? Let me count the ways. Yes, there were a number of things that needed to be fixed, but I visualized my Volvo as a sentient being that deserved to be brought to its optimal functioning capacity. Always like coming here, and hope my two Volvos will last almost forever.
Servicing this car was quick and easy, whew! No major repairs, but if there were I could rely on Mark's Volvo to diagnose and correct. I'm always happy coming here.
