Robert communicated clearly with us and did a thorough inspection of our CRV. He identified the problems, gave us all the options, and completed excellent work! They went above and beyond here to address little issues/fixes too. I will be using them again!

Great experience from beginning to end. Robert is the man! Very easy to communicate with and you can tell he truly enjoys helping people. The invoice breakdown made it easy to stay on track with the mechanic and understand how he’s fixing your car. Happy that I’ve found a place to send my car for good! Take your car here. I will admit, I was a bit taken back with the initial quote I received, but my car needed attention and I agreed to it. Robert wanted to keep my car an extra day to ensure the issues were solved. The following day, he found a new issue. My freon was leaking, something I wasn't aware of. He filled the freon up but upon further inspection, he realized my caps were leaking. Robert stayed after business hours to drain all the freon, replace the caps and refill the freon from scratch, FOR FREE. I am still having some issues with he care but it is running 100% better than before. I will be going back to Mark's Independent Service.
