Colleen and staff were all very helpful when I lost my credit card under console. I had my oil changed and at the same time they retrieved my credit card. They have taken good care of my car. Professional and honest.

I've been a customer at Mark's Independent for several years. I can finally say "I know a guy!" Well, several. The staff at Mark's is kind, courteous, talented, and HONEST. No, I didn't believe it either. However, it's true. When we had to purchase another car, we got a Toyota, partially because we wanted Mark's to be its "primary caregiver" after the warranty. Thank you all so much. Robert, you are amazing!!!!

I was recommended to go here because l have a hybrid and to figure out issues l was having with car going ‘limp’ that the dealer couldn’t fix. Great customer service. Spoke with Robert. l felt satisfied knowing my car got a thorough diagnosis and was provided a comprehensive review. I wish the dealership was more like Mark’s lndependent Service.
