A friend recommended Mark's Independent Service as he's had his cars serviced there for many years. The service advisor, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable and gave me details and background on the work that was done as well as advice on how to complete some of the smaller maintenance items that I'll be doing myself. The work that was completed was well done, and my truck, Tacoma 2003, is running smoothly again. The shop is very close to the Orange Line MTA bus line, and I was able to use that when I went to pick up my truck.. The bus worked out well, and I'll be doing that again for my next service.

Colleen, Robert & Chris: all are WONDERFUL! At 8:40 AM on Thurs, my car wasn't driving & sounding right w/ a flashing dashboard light to check the engine....I was there w/in 20 min. They found that a critter had eaten some wires. I didn't have an appointment and they were super busy, but I was able to get car back by early that afternoon, and to my added relief, it wasn't as costly as I've heard others' in their wiring repair. In addition, they sprayed the new wires w/ a special repellent solution and advised me to bring some bounce fabric sheets to show me where to place it in the car. See how great they are!!!

Called on a Friday to see if my grandson could bring in his car to finish repairs. Robert said bring it in. It was done late afternoon so my grandson could have a car to get to his new job! As always, I know if there is any problem we can bring the car back!! Love the service. Thanks Colleen, Robert & crew!
