Once again, Colleen and the Mark's Independent team prove why they are our trusted automotive partners. Had a mystery warning light appear on the dashboard of our 2019 XC60. Checked the owner's manual, which wasn't particularly helpful. Colleen and team made themselves available, performed the necessary diagnostics, and identified/resolved the problem quickly (new battery, for those interested). Fast. Reliable. This place was fantastic. They send you a quote after they inspect the vehicle and then can talk you through what needs to be changed and what you can go without. There was no pressure to do anything and were very informative. They’re extremely friendly and easy to work with so will definitely go to them in the future.
